Queensmill Civic Association

In lieu of an HOA board, Queensmill residents established the Queensmill Civic Association to provide assistance and oversee the community's restrictive covenants and architectural standards.

In addition, the QCA serves residents by welcoming them into the community. Dues collected are used not only for maintaining the beauty of our neighborhood grounds but also for events that benefit the community, such as social events and the annual luminaries event.

To cover those costs, as well as other neighborhood activities, dues are asked of all residents each year. Dues are $50 annually and are renewed each September.

MISSION

The mission of the QCA is

to maintain the beauty and

quality of life in Queensmill.

Annual Dues

Annual dues are paid each September and allow the QCA to provide the following services to the neighborhood:

  • Promote the spirit of belonging to the Queensmill community, including the sponsorship of social functions throughout the year that target adult, children, and family activies to engage various age groups of our residents.
  • Enables the QCA to serve as a spokesperson for our neighborhood and will represent our community in matters coming under county jurisdiction
  • Maintain a high level of appearance and value in our neighborhood
  • Enables the QCA board to ensure that existing property and planned improvements are within the guidelines of the Queensmill restrictive covenants.
  • Maintains neighborhood entrances to include lighting, planting, lawn care, and other grounds maintenance.
  • Promote safety in our neighborhood and in the surrounding communities
  • Engage with community events and information by receiving the electronic monthly Queensmiller Newsletter (10 per year).

Queensmill is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods because our residents meet the responsibility of maintaining it.
